INFORMATION WE GATHER
Brainstormer Bingo collects email addresses from users who want to receive various announcements and newsletters from us. Under no circumstances will we sell, trade or otherwise give these email addresses to a third party. However, we will, from time to time, provide advertisers or potential advertisers with aggregated, anonymous information about our users.
Each message you receive from Brainstormer Bingo will include information why you are receiving it and clear instructions on how to unsubscribe from our mailing list. Under no circumstances will we give specific, identifiable information about our users to outside third parties.
Our site uses a secure ordering system for customers to purchase products and services. Information collected by this system include customer name, email address, telephone number, billing and shipping address and credit card information. We use information collected in this way to ship products and services to our customers and to follow up if required to do so.
Brainstormer Bingo utilizes specialized "Server Software" to automatically collect information about which pages each user visits. This information is used for internal review, and for traffic audits.
If you elect to use the "Challenge-A-Friend" service for informing your friend(s) about the Site, we ask for your friend's name(s) and e-mail address(es). Brainstormer Bingo will automatically send a one-time e-mail inviting your friend(s) to visit the site. We will store this information for the sole purpose of sending this one-time e-mail.
Occasionally, Brainstormer Bingo will send Members information on special Site updates, Brainstormer Bingo Store specials and contests. Brainstormer Bingo presents the option to not receive these types of communications and to opt out of participating in any contest. We will not share your contest information with any third party, except in aggregate form. In addition, if and when we sponsor contests or other promotions, or third parties sponsor such promotions in conjunction with us, either we or the third party will post relevant privacy information in the official rules and/or registration area for the sweepstakes or promotion. That privacy information, to the extent it conflicts with this Policy, will govern that particular contest-please remember to read it carefully.
